Patients requiring results for tests that have been carried out at the practice should contact the surgery after 10.00am (results are normally received within five working days).
Patients with queries regarding other documentation ie hospital letters, prescriptions and referrals should also contact the surgery after 10.00am with any queries they have. There is a messaging facility within the online appointment system that is available for patients to use for non-urgent communication with the practice.
The surgery has facilities available for patients with hearing difficulties who are not able to use a conventional phone to contact the surgery. If you require further details of these schemes please contact the practice manager at the surgery.
